Scope

This policy applies to CitizenshipPrep study guides, practice material, explanatory pages and blog content. It separates statements about the official test from facts about the product and from claims that would require professional review.

CitizenshipPrep does not publish official test questions and does not promise a test or citizenship outcome.

Source hierarchy

For facts about the citizenship test, the primary references are current pages and resources published by the Department of Home Affairs. Product features must be supported by current code or a tested product record.

Publishing process

  1. Define the page purpose and the claims it needs to make.
  2. Draft official-test statements from a current primary source and record the source URL and check date.
  3. Check product statements against current code or a repeatable product test.
  4. Review the draft for clear sourcing, neutral wording, duplication, accessibility and the independent-provider notice.
  5. Publish only claims whose evidence and status allow publication, then monitor official sources and correction reports.

Professional review status

A source check is not the same as professional review. Where a proposed claim requires professional review, the internal claim register marks it as pending and blocks that claim from publication until a completed review record exists.

This policy does not state that a migration professional, lawyer, educator or other specialist has reviewed the content. No reviewer identity or credentials are published without a verified record and permission.

Updates and corrections

Material should be rechecked when Home Affairs changes a relevant source or when a credible correction is received. Material changes require a new source-check date and an updated claim-register entry.
