By accessing or using CitizenshipPrep (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CitizenshipPrep is an online practice test platform for the Australian Citizenship Test. The Service provides:

  • Practice questions and mock tests based on “Our Common Bond”
  • A study guide covering citizenship test topics
  • Progress tracking and test history

3. Important Disclaimer

CitizenshipPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, or any government agency.

Our questions are original and based on publicly available material. They are designed to help you prepare, but they are not the actual test questions. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee you will pass the real citizenship test.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

5. Payment & Refunds

Full access is available for a one-time payment of $9.99 AUD. This grants lifetime access to all features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us with your account email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CitizenshipPrep — including questions, explanations, study guide text, and design — is the property of CitizenshipPrep and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

Questions are original works based on publicly available government resources. Any similarity to other test preparation materials is coincidental.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any purpose. In no event shall CitizenshipPrep be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($9.99 AUD).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
